Kimi Updated Look

About a year ago I said something about drawing all the Rugrats characters in chibi form. I had Angelica, Kimi, and a few of Lil, but my drawing style has changed quite a bit (and my coloring/shading has improved) from then, so I decided to "restart" that project. First up is Kimi, for old times.
